Allan was born with cardiac disease, had 4 open-heart surgeries, recipient of one mechanical aortic valve, shocked by external paddles on 16 separate occasions, died for 26 minutes from a cardiac arrest, and recipient of an internal pacemaker/defibrillator. As a result, Allan THRIVES in life and in business because of his heart disease. He will teach you what his death taught him about leadership, through the 6 elements of C.H.A.N.G.E.

'Leaving An Impression'

My 2nd Grade Teacher Ms. Waits is the focus behind the titled story as-well-as the inspiration for this entire book. She was amazing working with me, this little boy with heart diseases that often fell behind. It's been nearly 50 years but I can still hear her say "don't worry just do your best, you have been practicing, you have this";   Thank you Ms. Waits!

It is also a full spectrum look at the challenges of the public education teacher and applauding their efforts. With admiration and esteem I offer some intrinsic insight and ask some tough questions regarding the backbone and structure of our education system; along with some personal and professional toolsets. It is with great gratitude for the public educator as I come from a family of those in education, both certified and classified.
